It's definitely not that one, there would only be a few knives with trails of red bullets behind them. I believe it's meant to be non-spell number 3, even though some of the knives are misaligned.

It's not an error, I'm pretty sure it was intentional. However, along with the title of the picture and the spellcard comment of, Curse "Curse of Vlad Tepes", that's why it's in the pool.

Correct identification is all I was getting at. Most people, myself included, don't seem to have a problem with recognizable unnamed patterns in the pool. As I already said, this is almost dead on with Remi's 3rd non-spell, so I see no reason to remove it, even if the Pixiv title is inaccurate.
