1) while funny, but isn't true, but she's easily the strongest fairy
2) Do remember that Touhou uses a spell card thing so matches are more even... and Marisa is just a hard worker. And Reimu's in the upper right corner with "not measurable" since her status as heroine.
3) I think most agree to leave the guy alone, and not that many people visit anyways; he mainly lives in peace collecting stuff from our world. (Mannosuke on the other hand... I'd say at least a B)

He's actually pretty weak as far as CoLA goes.
I'm pretty sure he mentions at some point that he gets more youkai visitors than human ones (omitting Marisa and Reimu) that and he's a half youkai, so youkai don't really have any real reason to bother him and even seem to enjoy hanging around and looking at stuff every once in a while. Remember these are Gensokyo youkai, whom are all pretty layed back and don't cause any kind of trouble that humans can't solve themselves (read:Reimu/Marisa/Sakuya)
Most likely; though it's a fangame... the closest that Suika got to seeing action was in SA (Both as a partner and her attack style being copied by Satori)

EoSD is among the hardest windows one due to it being basic Touhou...
No visable hit box No Super natural border (Free hit or bomb) No Last spell (and extra nice normal death bomb time) And bombs weren't as abunant as in IN
But do remember Extra levels are said to be akin to Hard or Lunatic difficulty wise (as well as the added handicaps of starting at default lives and bombs, 0 power, and no continues)

Kabi, this chart is old and doesn't tell much to begin with. We have seen Patchouli (B) beating Suika (S) in SWR. Yukari and Yuyuko together are "no match for Sikieiki" (said Yukari). Also, according to Yukari, she fought against "3 brave humans" in PCB Phanstasm, not just the one you choose. But yes, I agree that Cirno (2. boss) is probably higher than Rumia (1. boss in the same game). etc.
In retro con perhaps it was the matter of three instead of one. and again the games never reflect the truest power. (the spell card system was made to even things out so even weaker beings have a chance again Reimu)

And it's been said never to assume a bosses' power just from seeing how they are as a boss (applies to Yuugi who despite being a stage 3 boss is at least A rank; since her and Suika were said to be 2 of the 4 mountain devas...)

Suika is probably the youngest and most immature of the four devas. There's always a bigger fish.
First we have to think a bit danmaku is a fight of attacks and bullet not using their born given power like yukari yuyuko or flandre abilities that would be to overpower

the move speed agility w/e you call it aya marisa and youmu would be the fastest i think
Dodge and reflex ... not the same as speed speed is running from a place to other moving away of ALL the bullets.. i would say that reimu is the best at this (small hitbox) thats why she beats youkai with probably higher POWER
Hitbox i always though them as a place where they can no longer dodge the attack (all the body is there but only if an attack gets to the hit box she can no longer "dodge" it) this is a good example of "dodge" post #361831 she doesnt move from the place just dodge
Marisa is bad at dodging she just moves away from the barriage
Yuuka probably is bad at dodging and speed she is just extremly powerful Yukari less power more dodge and better brain to strategy (same as reimu)
Also the kind of attacks (marisa lazers and spam of bullets missiles and stuff) reimu use a small shower of needles (100000 needles are hard to dodge) or homing attacks (again hard to dodge)
and so on i dont really know the exact order im just trying to think a way for reimu beating people when her attacks are less powerful than marisa's for example
Reimu focus on dodging while using the fact that her attacks hits easily Marisa moves arround shooting attacks trying to overpower you Yuuka stays in the place and use attacks that kills you in a single hit but as the same she is easy to hit and easy to dodge attacks (1 mistake and you are dead though)
So Flandre can destroy a meteor by focusing a small ball in her hand, yet she's not in the uber tier with Reimu? Even Marisa, who boast about her strength, said she'd rather avoid Flandre.
As for Sakuya, anyone who can control time and space is basically a God in my book. What's it matter how strong you are when in a split second a million daggers suddenly start flying at you from .03 inches away from your face?
This is about rough power i think Not the power they are born with but the rough power yuuka has a lot of power when it comes to magic and danmaku but her ability over flowers is worthless compared to half of the powers we see Yuyuko can kill you if you want but she doesnt She uses spirits to attack with danmaku but nothing more Yukari can disolve boundaries making things just disapear or create new things... but she uses this to create attacks and stuff like that
Its power for danmaku fights... Even more yuyuko can kill anyone but mokou Kaguya and the immortal beings (yama,shikigami,gods) Also MD read my comment please

Apparently you don't know how powerfull a Yama is in budism and shintoism. They are, how to put it, the ones who pulls the stings. The reincarnation cyclus is controled by the yama's who by that controls existence. They chose your new life, your powers, your faith, and they can take that from you again. Yes even from gods, dragons, youkais, celestials and other types of immortals. Not even Yukari and Keine's abilities can't touch a yama since their ability only works on somthing with a history or somthing with a border, but yamas do not have neither of those since they aren't a part of the reincarnation cyclus. She would be able to beat everyone in the entire universe without even flinching. Yes I know, she lost to the heroines in PoFW, due to the spell-card system. It's that thing that makes them able to clearly judge things as black or white. She's probably not even used to the spell card system since she normally never fight.

well that's only what they (brothers) see it as said not an official power grid (and if ever an official grid came out, Reimu will never be at the top, considering ZUN's statement of Reimu being next to the weakest without danmaku) I believe if ever an official power grid comes out only the Oni can take the top rank (considering them being described as unstoppable in various official works) though I could say the one who made it just merely failed to see the weakness of keine and Reimu(if ever Reimu being there wasn't just for being heroine, she litterally falls to rank B when I considered her powers) well, lets just blame Zun for not giving us a cannonic ending XD (just joking!) and they failed to see how Keine cannot rewrite the history of an eternal beings (in which most of those which are ranked A and S are presented in this graph and the (9)"seriously until now I don't even know how to make a 9-ball what's its code anyways?" considering fairies)
The catch - Reimu has the capacity to become a walking superweapon of the sorts. Case in point - the infamous Silent Sinner in Blue (yes, the one with the notorious gamebreakers Yorihime and Toyohime), where she taps into the power of the gods to do her bidding. That may hint at how insanely powerful she can be - physically and magically - once she stops taking things easy. I think she only holds back because she thinks winning without letting her opponent do her best makes battles less interesting... and let's not forget her spellcard rules, which lets anyone (be they human, youkai etc.) fight on (almost) equal footing.

Her power is to declare things Black or White (that is to say, false or true) as a subset of universal law. If she says that something's true, it's true.
This class is old. A greatly revised idea is a main current now. For example, lunarians rose to the strongest group. Yukari and yuuka's rank fell..., etc.

Suika, Flandre, Yuuka then Yukari.
