I can understand whispering to keep a secret from the other characters, but DO THEY HAVE TO KEEP IT A SECRET FROM THE READERS TOO?!

Well, either Koakuma is telling Patchy that she's dragging some toilet paper on her shoes, or she's telling Patchy that Flan just kyuu'd Remi's contract and sent her back to Patchy. I.E. She's open to make a contract with Patchy directly, and become Patchy's familiar without any intervention from Remi.
