Well im kinda confused, from a point of view is as Keine wants to see Cirno smile and is forcing Yuuka to take it serious, she could just be pulling strings like a puppet master for a hidden agenda that is what it most likely seems so far with this development

Would be kinda boring if Yuuka'll dance on the palm of Keine's hand.
