Who knew Arcanine could learn Splash?
I never really understood why some fire pokemon were weak against water- if this was a fighting situation fire would be useless because it would be doused so quickly.

This was a 'quick' color study and getting settled into using an older program. Never did draw an ocean before so this became quite a fun experience. There's still plenty of room for improvement of course but I'm happy with this product.
