It's certainly a derivative_work of some sort. Doesn't quite look like a trace; perhaps trying to copy by eye.

I was looking for the other image, but found this one first and I thought to myself "I don't remember her looking so retarded." I used the original as a wall paper and I used to just stare at it lost in thought, but this one... lol
