I put the usual amount of spirit into the third panel, but somehow it makes me really uncomfortable. :-)

They put the mont blanc together after I ordered it, so it was a pleasure just looking at it.

For the fourth panel, I spotted this kind of picture on the net before, and it was cute, so I took a shot at drawing it.

Reader-added tags include "I get the feeling I've seen this mont blanc somewhere before..." and "Super-underground mont blanc".

The survey wants to know what we'd like to drink with that:

Is mont blanc supposed to look like that? I've got to agree with Kogasa-san here, it looks weird and I pretty much got the same image of it as Kogasa-san. Alas, I never actually ate one, seems pretty expensive so I guess it's just different style. At least it tastes good.

For the poll, Blue Mountain caught my interest. What does it look and tastes like?

Oh wow, that looks amazing! I so want one right now! Kogasa-san sure is lucky to get to enjoy such wonderful things! Yamame Mont blanc is priceless. If only we could get our resident Yamame cosplayer to attempt it. I'm sure his girlfriend would get a kick out of it.

For the poll, Blue Mountain sounds interesting. What better choice to pair with a white mountain, right?

And for the record, restraining orders would most likely be unenforceable online, due to the authorities being unable to prove the authenticity of the message beyond (reasonable) doubt. At least, that would be the logical conclusion from the workings of the internet, but I'm not that familiar with US law.
You need tech measures for what you want.

Thunderbird, with all due respect, Genichiro continues to do what he does because we have stayed silent and stayed on PMs. Because nobody else knows what he has done, they believe him when he says he represents our group and belongs with us. We've told him privately time and time again and we are ignored. The time for politeness and PMs has passed.
I will say what I want publicly and I will face the consequences for doing so.

Be that as it may, I don't think most people read this strip to learn about your group, or care who Genichiro is or what group he does or does not belong to. I certainly didn't care either way if Genichiro knew a Yamame cosplayer.

Provided what you say is true, you're completely in your rights to kick him out of your club and to enforce that restraining order when you meet him in person. That said, I don't think it's really necessary you drag everyone who just wants to enjoy Touhou artwork into this.

I haven't seen any attacks on your group (unless they were deleted or something), and this is the first I'm hearing of any of this. You can try to explain yourself to the mods and get him banned, but beyond that, if he isn't using this site to push some agenda against whatever group you guys are, I don't see how you can push a restraining order across the whole Internet.
