Eirin has no canon mention or printwork mention of any kind of Hourai consumption (at least ones I can find that is). She created them, but did not consume them. Any mention of her longevity is most likely due to her powerful nature and lunarian heritage. Alongside this is the fact she is an incredibly old being even amongst Lunarians.

According to the wiki, she said that she drank the elixir in the ghost team good ending (I have never been able to get a good ending in IN so i don't know if that's even true).
On the other hand, Mokou said that you need 3 tastes of it to become fully immortal, and it may be that she only got it one time. This is supported by Eirin being sick in "Inaba of the Moon etc etc", since a true immortal wouldn't be able to get sick anyway, no matter what (Is that comic even canon?).

yes she is not rely lets say completely immortal lunarians have high longevity they probably live even longer then the youkais they don't get sick and of all of that bc they are in there little ''pure land'' of the moon when she came down too Earth to stay with kaguya she came to the ''impure land'' and she is on Earth for couple centuries so she and inaba and kaguya well less for her become ''impure'' so wile she may not got sick in that manga she may get but her medicine can probably cure any disease this is what i know and understand i hope you guys don't belive that 100mil years bs please lets atleast slow down with this touhou god-modding okay imo ofc it is said that she was a human earthling so to speek along with lord tsukuyomi and others they lived on earth and upon seeing the blood shed and impurity of the world they somehow flee to the moon and form the lunarian society but yet again touhou is full of contradictions and stuff after all it is written by a man how is half drunk almost all of the time hope i help and not get mad any touhou fan or eirin fan

Well, in the translated version it's written "1-hit kill for humans and rabbits", while she's a lunarian (i know lunarians are "ancient" humans but if i remember well, it's said somewhere that she's even a god). So it could have weakened her just enough to let her getting ill (and passing the cold to Reisen at the end of the chapter).

Rely is not that hard to understand and english is not my language budy. What ZUN said doesn't make sens the highest gods should live in the havens, one thing zun said and another is in the actual work (like the lunarians are being consider humans). How ca they be actual gods ? next thing i hear is that reisen is the goddess of rabbits. They also would need faith to sustain there existence. Like i said contradictions but i don't want to argue with people lets live it like that maybe she did obtaine some form of divinity maybe the lunarians are demigods at best i can see that or maybe not. Only zun can tell but i highly doubt he will ever give an answer that make sens or one to begin with. That is way the fandom do what they want with the characters maybe is just me, but i don't see the lunarians gods sorry but i can't take touhou seriously thats it i'm done.

Regardless, I read up on the posts and I did find some statements saying Eirin did in fact drink it. Cage in lunatic runagate, apparently states Eirin to be one of the FOUR people who drank it (hourai elixir), but I've yet to read it and hear about its authenticity.
