    Marisa will keep the coin and use the vending machine key that she borrowed from Rinnosuke to get snacks. Maybe she'll share with Meiling.

    My guess is that Meiling tackles Marisa for the coin (possibly inadvertently) or it looks like Meiling is attacking Marisa in some way. This happens right as Patchy (and/or Alice) is walking around the corner and into view of the whole situation.
