I extracted this from the video, because I think a lot of people have trouble viewing the video and I think everyone's pretty curious about it and want to have it translated. It's lowres though due to the quality of the video.
I still think Rinnosuke acted correctly in this story and this epilogue just shows another benefit of that. (and who can say if Marisa was the first Kirisame girl in this chain?)

He acted correctly...that doesnt mean i didn´t nearly cried before this
