It's either a photoshop, or else they have a mold of it, pour in chocalate, then place it in the drink.

You need to goto a real espresso shop. Not $tarbucks or little stand. Foam art is almost a subculture. Every real espresso store has a signature foam design. This one is just more elaborate than usual.

If my memory doesnt fool me, I believe they served this in the Ghibli museum.

Yes, I cannot think of any other place they'd sell this kind of coffee. This is so well made, I'd never drink it if it'd been served to me.
