Technically wouldn't this be a never ending fight? I mean both Goku and Banner get stronger the angrier they are.

It's one of those "unstoppable force meets unmovable object" paradoxes.

The Hulk's strength buff is unlimited, while Saiyans have a final super form (level 5, I think).
Sooner or later, one of them would tire out. The Hulk's biggest battle to date was at the end of World War Hulk, where he fights the Sentry, who is basically invulnerable and without weaknesses, with no known limits established yet. They battled until both of them reverted back to human form due to exhaustion, then Banner landed one more punch on Robert Reynolds, knocking him out.
In light of him defeating an indefatigable character, the Hulk will pummel Goku into dust ... eventually.

Goku doesn't get stronger as he gets angrier; rather, he gets stronger after every battle (though he sometimes powers up DURING a battle).

you forgot the part where after that the Hulk recovers and nearly blows up the earth just standing there, all with pure uncut rage (World Breaker)
The Hulk is the stongest, and even in the DC-Marvel cross-overs he ends up beating Superman up.
Also, his power clap is sort of an energy attack and can counter (and did counter) a great number of energy beams, blasts and discharges.

I didn't forget that part, I left it out because it didn't pertain to the reasoning. Given that he's flat-out powered by rage and anger, that was sort of a given after he learned about the betrayal of his Warbound.

Superman is kinda weak, to be honest, Doomsday beat him to death, and he's got a weakness against magic. That, and every other villain seems to carry a lump of kryptonite in their pockets, otherwise there would be no plot to speak of.

Keep the "superman vs goku" arguements to a minimum, please.

All comic superhero characters are plot armored god modders that have as much power as the plot needs them to have.

This. When it comes down to it, any comic book battle will always be decided by what the author (or the editors, sadly) wants.

Unless the character is inexplicably popular, where they will often end up winning due to demands of the buyers despite desires of the authors.

Which is exactly why the true winner of this battle will be Wolverine.

We seem to have read completely different crossover comics.

Goten stopping Hulk, yeah right, Superman just crushed Goku so i doubt Hulk would get stopped by the son of the guy.

That's a funny way to spell Batman.

Guys, guys. We're all forgetting Squirrel Girl. She's the clear victor here.
