what is deleting them going to solve? nothing, there's no point. this isn't a "random game screencap." it's a screencap of the next official touhou game. kinda a big deal and will pull in a swarm of new pictures solely because of the game's existence. you should just get over it imo

Nothing that you just typed has any bearing on what does or does not stay on danbooru. Just because something is stupidly popular doesn't mean it can stay on here, no matter what it is. Yes, this also applies to Touhou.

Also, deleting them sends a message to the rest that these kinds of uploads are not okay.

If you're so incensed to have them deleted, then just let the mod queue handle it. If it gets approved and you're still incensed about it, then we'll go with the old standard that people tend to get riled up for no reason.
