I find that a pragmatic approuch to aerial combat to be the best approuch. If you got an ace in the hole, use it. Still, good skills, managing to be that good with a jet that's out of date in our timeline, and positively ancient by the series standard, that's a special kind of skill you don't see everyday.

Actually this F-14 is not a regular F-14, but an F-14 KAI variant with improved avionics and sensors built from alien overtechnology. Too bad the SV-51 was waaay more advanced.
