Gender-swapped Zenkichi and Akune look like they are simply cross-dressing. Shiranui looks exactly the same. Gender-swapped Kikaijima is actually pretty darn moe for a guy. And "HELL, YES!!" to a gender-swapped Kumagawa! She'd probably be even more popular than regular Kumagawa is now (and he is easily the most popular character in Medaka Box).
