All the SAO avatars were modified to exactly match the players' actual appearances. So yes... she has pink hair IRL. Or at least she did when she logged in to SAO. It may have grown out by now if it was dyed.

Although they do match the characters actual appearances, hairstyle, hair color & eye color can be customized in-game. She dyed it in-game after one of her friends complained about her hair.
Fairly sure she also dyed it IRL after SAO but can't seem to find anything in the novels mentioning it.

Pretty late showing up to respond to this, but DakuTree is right. To support this, in episode 1 the brief cameo appearance that Lisbeth has shows her with brown hair after their real appearances is displayed (external link ).

Wow. I never noticed it was her. Neat little cameo there.

sadly this not happens in the real life but maybe yuuki appears as avatar in the next staff.
