I saw Okita sketching this on STGCC 2012 and I'm amazed on how it turned from monocolour scribbles into a vibrant yet sombre artwork

I dunno, they paint flame-stripes unto their armor, I'd say that it is the most tasteful thing a space marine can do.

The only thing that i don't like in the picture is that power sword with eagle wings as a crossguard. The should have been BAT wings!

I'm not certain since he doesn't have the skull helmet, but with the bolter and the sword, I think this might be Talos.
