should do a hard refresh of the page

Chrome users, right-click on the image once it's fully loaded and select "Open image in new tab". It should start playing from the beginning in the new tab.

On chrome, the shortcut for hard reload is also ctrl-shift-r.
You can also hold ctrl while clicking on the reload button.
If you open developer tools, holding on reload button shows more options.
