Actually, that's Proto Zero and different from the original TV version.
It's the exact same thing. The term "Proto-Zero" is just to reconcile the separate designs seen in the TV Series, versus the angelic Endless Waltz version. The reason for this distinction being that "Proto-Zero" is a slight redesign by Katoki Hajime. It is, for all intents and purposes, the TV Series Wing Zero.
