Those have to be either shoops, or those people can somehow pay for having professional makeup artists on call. No human has skin like that in real life - it almost looks like a mask.
considering the overall quality of nonomy's costume design and photography etc. I'm pretty sure he DOES have a professional makeup artist; if he's not a professional cosplayer he at least does it at a basically professional level
