Nope. The ISU-152 is roughly 2.5m (obviously depending on model, make, mods, etc) so compared to the size of the humans, the tank is more like 3m tall.

The height of the soldiers actually might account for the discrepency. The Soviets sorted their manpower by size so that the shorter men went into vehicles and taller men were made infantry and heavy weapon crews. This allowed the Soviets to build their tanks with heavier guns and armor without increasing size, thereby saving weight.
