From Sanae's POV, Udonge IS cosplaying as a high school girl. Nobody dresses sharply like that in Gensokyo.

Not saying that often about karaagetarou (since personal tastes yadda yadda doesn't like his art that much), but that Reisen is adorable.

So, it seems like Sanae's showing miracles, and Reisens providing medicines (hopefully not Eirin's shady ones).

Eirin's shady medicines work well if they come with a proper prescription (one from a moon rabbit works too). Gotta be careful if you steal or demand something, however. Extra caution is recommended if you win it from her in a danmaku battle.
