Are we sure that's a PIAT? I don't remember the round sitting that far forward, and to my knowledge, the PIAT had that rest on the barrel.
It looks like one, but the artist takes some liberties. The support is missing, the sights are wrong and you wouldn't try to fire a PIAT from your shoulder standing up, because the recoils first of the strong spring and then of the propellant charge would throw you on your back. Remember: THIS ISN'T A ROCKET LAUNCHER! It's a spigot-gun!
