It seems Mokou's spell card (maybe Honest Man Death) may no longer work due to the change in the timeline.

Will someone have to perform the herteical ritual of sacrificing kittens on the altar of Booru to summon a translator?

Removed trans request tag, and added check_translation... I'm pretty damn sure, that Keine's talking about Mokou in the first panel.
