Well, the cat does sort of look creepy, although I don't think it's enough to warrant the creepy tag though. Though I'm more curious why someone put the rat tag. I'll remove them I guess.
Separately, they're completely inert. However, when placed together they're an unstoppable killing force. I'm sure it was yet another product of abandoned Cold War research.
