It's the usual joke that for as Loli of a body Suwako has, She's had kids before, so "of course" rule of funny says that Kanako has to be a virgin Goddess with no romantic experiance whatsoever.
Teruyo's always had a bit of the "Call Me Queen!" to her, and she's never been the subservient sort.
Still, I don't think she's straight S in this rendition, she's just saying she wants a guy with a lot of stamina and creativity/openness to keep it interesting 'til he dies. She's probably even a switch.

Also, notice how Kanako and Sanae have the same answer here.

DAMN IT, BYAKUREN!
It's sort of funny how closely Byakuren follows buddhism considering she's a fallen nun (using magic to make yourself eternally young/attractive would break the rules big time)

First she fell, then she stood up. Buddhism is big on redemption stories.
She isn't a "I will completely oppose all the teachings of Buddhism" type of "fallen" monk, she's a heretic who has developed her own version of Buddhism that involves mingling with and using the powers of youkai and demons. Basically, she's still a Buddhist, but she's a Buddhist who lives with youkai instead of exterminating them as obstacles on the path to Nirvana.

...uh, Buddhism doesn't exactly against youkai The only thing she is guilty of here is 'using dark magic' to 'reject death': 2 big no for Buddhism

I always wondered if the big redeeming factor is how the scriptures would interpret using said magic to prolong ones service as a Bodhisattva.
