The shenanigans of the Eientei crew are cutting in to her nap time, which is why she looks sleepy.

That ANYONE is cutting in to her nap time is why she looks so terrifying.

And having to go through a couple of speed bumps named Wriggle and Mystia in order to punish Eirin and Kaguya for cutting in to her nap time is why she looks bored.
