The author doesn't name it, and I've no idea what to call it, but at least it's readable now.

Looks like a grilled cheese sandwich to me, only with bacon and eggs and prepared in a more convoluted way.

It's "Egg in a basket" though with added bacon and cheese.

I'm guessing it's supposed to be precooked bacon -- hard to imagine it wouldn't be near-raw otherwise, and certainly not browned.

A little late, but you still have to cook the bacon before doing this I learned. Because if you want the inside to be cooked, you will have to expect the outside to be crispy.

It is still very good and delicious.

I finally got around to try this and it came out great, especially since I first cooked the bacon lightly. Used cheddar for cheese.

Only flaw was that the toast wasn't quite as large as I would've liked but it did its own part fairly well. I rammed the cut-out bread in rather vigorously so lots of stuff came out and the first one ended up looking a little messy. Tasted great despite that. Second one came out much neater. Recommended, it's artery-cloggin' good!

    Chff
    Bacon
    Bacon
    Salt
⑥Add a pinch of salt. (Leaving off the cheese and putting soy sauce on it is great too.)
    Bread
    Sshszzz
    Cheese
③Layer the egg➝bacon➝cheese inside the crust.
    Combine
    Dun-dunnn
(Pushing it in too much will break the egg yolk, but those who want it broken, go ahead and do so.)
⑤Flip it over, timing it so it doesn't burn. (But if it does, it still tastes good charred.)

    Eggs
    Cheese

    Ingredients/Utensils
It kinda jazzes me when the yolk ends up right in the middle. The artist's tweet: “Oh, I've uploaded the image with a typo! The correct kanji is 黄身 (yolk), not 黄味 (yellowish)!” 8:08 AM - Mar 8, 2013 (JST)
    Margarine (or butter)
    Kapop
①Cut out the middle of the bread.
②Place the crust in a heated frying pan and put the margarine in the middle of it.
    Sshszzz
Make it low heat, or the margarine will burn.
    Bacon
    Egg
    Crack
    Sshszzz
    Weeooo
④Cap it off with the cut-out bread.
(Refined people use a knife and fork.)
    Steam
⑦Flip it over, drop it on a plate, and you're done. (This all takes only five minutes.)
    Aaaah!
(Those who aren't just bite right in (which is dangerous when the egg's only half-cooked).)
    Pop
    Crackle Pop
