Here's something that's not good for eye fatigue: 12-point white-on-purple text full of technical kanji. I expect better graphic design choices from you of all people, Gensou Koumuten.

Viewing the art at original size helps, but some of the kanji still get a little blotchy, yes.

I took the "font-size: 90%" off Eirin's speech bubble because it was causing a nasty effect with two-pixel white lines between each of the ones with a purple background, which made it harder to read. (Also, the font isn't actually any smaller than on the rest of the page; it's just an illusion caused by light-on-dark as opposed to dark-on-light colours.) Hope that's not a problem.

Weird, I wasn't getting that effect at all. Well, no big deal.

Edit: Never mind, I see what you mean. It's actually lines of the background color of the note showing through, since the <span> background color stops almost immediately below the text on each line at that size. This seems to be an odd artifact of Danbooru 2.0, in which text sizes smaller than standard seem to retain the leading of standard-sized text.

① Stretch your back and neck as far forward as you can, like you're curling into a ball. Hold it for 10 seconds while taking slow breaths.
② Move your back and chin in the opposite direction as far as you can. Hold it for 10 seconds while taking slow breaths.
    Trapezius muscle
    Like you're lifting up
    Like you're pushing down
Stiff shoulders and eye strain aren't just a matter of fatigue; they're also caused by constriction of the blood vessels due to stiffness. Basically, poor blood flow is also one of the causes. Try to think about "improving blood flow" instead of just "loosening up" when fighting stiffness and fatigue.
    Usaaa...
① and ② make one rep. Repeat this 6 times or so!

    Latissimus dorsi muscle
Exercising the back muscles which span a large portion of your body, the trapezius and latissimus dorsi, is more than just a stretch; it also improves blood flow through the whole body and helps you recover from fatigue. Also, increasing blood flow means improved blood flow in the head, which can be expected to have an effect on brain and eye fatigue as well.
