It's ao_usagi, therefore some of us are going to destroy our brains trying to figure it out. At this point, I think he might just be trolling us. Or it could just be cow tools or something.

I think it actually has to do with the term "marbling" for how well the fat is layered within a cut of meat, seeing how this is sort-of in the shape of a marble, and textured as so.
