Kaguya says that Tetris is liked by everyone "from babies to grandpas" which is usually pretty much the same as "from cradle to grave" but can also be used to mean "people of all ages and backgrounds". Thus I chose a more appropriate idiom here, because I learned my lesson last time I translated one of these.

Also, Kaguya calls Mokou literally "the queen of piss-heads" in case any of you are interested to learn the many varieties of Finnish vulgarity.

In my opinion translated insult does not reach 100% insult found in original with the verb "play" left on since "playing" could be considered extreme innuendo. Just calling somebody "classic" doesn't quite cut it on my book.
That second bubble in the second panel is a tough one. I thought the translation still felt clunky, so I tuned it up a bit. Hopefully it's a bit more natural now while still retaining the innuendo.
How about, "Everyone and his brother has played this immortal classic," or "Pretty much everyone has played this immortal classic,"? I think that play/plays/played should be in there somewhere, as it sounds the most natural, and I believe that in the context its sufficiently suggestive that Mokou's joke still comes naturally.

Yeah, those are probably the best so far. They sound natural and retain the joke.
"Everyone and his brother enjoys this immortal classic!" Still sounds the best to me. IMO play/plays/played doesn't sound right, the innuendo sounds more natural with enjoy then the way it is now.

Agreed, "played" just doesn't make the later IceBurn seem as brutal.
OK, my last attempt. Any other Finnish-speaking people here can try something if they feel like theirs is better, but I think this is a sufficiently good compromise when it comes to the meaning of the words and the harshness of the insult. There doesn't seem to be a consensus about the best way to do the latter.

Don't worry about the awkward wording. I know "Everyone likes to play" is how it really should go if we want to speak English. It's correct in Finnish and of course I won't put it in the note. I just want to give an idea of how it goes in Finnish, as the goal here is to give the English speakers the same experience as the Finnish speakers. I think the wording I used in my last translation has Mokou's comeback be of equal harshness as in the original while having Kaguya's thoughts on Tetris remain the same.
tl;dr: Last try translating that cursed bubble. You think you have something better, find another Finnish speaker! (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻
