I'm getting a number of hits when I google GS美神のおキヌちゃん (as mentioned in Mani's blog entry this came from) including some ascii art on 2ch that looks like the same person, but I don't actually know what she's from. And the wiki entry is pictureless (as with most japanese wiki entries) and, well, in Japanese. But she seems to be from something old-ish.
