Water Gun won't be that effective against Yuuka who's technically a plant-type. But I pity the Squirtle now.

Consider the Squirtle lucky. At least it's not punished by Yuuka... yet, I suppose.

"Technically" nothing. She'd be a Fairy or Dark-type if anything, as those are the closest Pokemon equivalents to a youkai. Her affinity for and manipulation of flowers are only motifs; she herself is a generic, unspecified species of youkai. At least until ZUN says otherwise.
