The image doesn't seem indicative of Adventures, even regarding the Pokémon (a Minun paired with Sapphire, and a Plusle with Ruby, and Bulbapedia makes no mention of those two in the Adventures section on Rayquaza's page).

This picture was in the Emerald guide book, which I believe came before the Ruby/Sapphire arc in Adventures.
