I can only conceive of two reasons for Rinnosuke to have a big sale: (a) he's planning a remodeling and this was cheaper than hiring Nitori for a proper demolition, or (b) he was given the idiot ball to set up this arc. Given that Life of Maid has never let itself be bound by common sense, (b) is the likely choice, but (a) or something like it would make a fine punchline too.

Looking at Keine, apparently shopaholic rage is an adequate substitute for the portable moon.

Looking at Eirin and Sakuya in this one reminds me of the "Sakuya is a Lunarian" theory. They look so similar here.
