I'm reminded a bit of Dark Void. Wrong time period, though taking those bastards out with an F-22 would've been awesome.

Naw, that's not one of them. It's missing the funny dorsal structure, and the ships in ID4 didn't have the 3 red dots (Engines?)

If the F-22 is half as good as they say it is then it should be able to fly back home with it's wing and tail smashed up like that.

Reminds me just a little bit of a modern Teladi Falcon. I think there's a variant that looks more like the thing here.
