    ガルパン4コマ第14弾です。ついに始まった戦車道全国大会。無事1回戦を突破したアンツィオ高校の次なる対戦相手は大洗女子学園。昨年の準優勝校から逃げ出した西住流がキャプテンを務めているという。彼女の戦車道に異議を唱えるアンチョビだが…？戦車と少女とイタリアンが織りなすハートフル・タンク・ストーリー！（大嘘）前回 seiga #3038199 第15回できました seiga #3095511

    What a coincidence, me too.
    But tags in nicovideo seiga say it is Carpaccio.

    But that's understandable, how did that happen: the Anzio OVA was released in 2014, while this picture was drawn in 2013, just about when the OVA was announced.

    Also, this is not the only post with Carpaccio with brown hair. See post #1370968
