Personally, I can't follow any of this series. I just turn off my brain and hope the translation is in English.

The main problem with that serie is that it has many bubbles and not enough koma. For example, in one strip, you have a smiling Koakuma who says, in a quick succession "Koa koa koa?" and "Fuck you bitch". The quick change of tone, coupled to the fact that for the viewer, Koakuma looks like she's still smiling may confuse people. It also doesn't that, due to the rampant insanity, a character can say something and then say the exact opposite in the same koma. Like Nazrin here. She goes from "shit, I'm fucking goofed" to "oh wait my master might pass and fuck me. Awesome".
It's a question of habit, you can end up understanding.
