Judging from the title "キシン城を壊したあとは" (After the collapse of Kischine castle) and one of the comment "デレデレデェェェン", I believe it's a reference to one TAS video for Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance Maxim mode. It's a very famous, meme-level video for the Japanese.
