Looks like this part is in Czech. It says "Rozplynuti Temná jiskra", which means "Dissolving dark spark" according to google trans. Other parts seem like romaji, except for "imploze".

So Czech it is, then - still a Slavic language... I have a feeling the Romaji parts translate to something else too, since I didn't see "youkai" anywhere, but I did see "jutsu". I just can't figure out what that "A-" is supposed to be before the negation.
