hammer may just not be aware of the connotations of the English words involved (or he may be, and just prefers the Madonna/whore dichotomy).

Either way, I would just read it as "Innocent/Experienced" and let people bring their own attitudes toward sexuality.

Honestly think honest can stand for impure. Since you know, you can be pure but lying, or be honest to tell you're impure

I think the artist is referring to the ideas that in the "pure" picture: Aya is "innocent" because she is scared/unsure of what to make of the sexual situation, therefore a virgin. While in the the "impure" picture you can clearly see the masturbation liquid on her hand as she's smiling, possibly implying that she knows plenty about sex because she's been around it.
