It's a change from the previous consensus then, and also silly. There's no reasonable chance anyone would ever search for foo_(cosplay), in a way that wouldn't work with foo+cosplay. At the very least, making it foo+cosplay+foo_(cosplay) would make it less useless, but redundant tags are redundant.
Got about 1228 cosplay posts to go through to make follow the new convention or you could just keep the other that works better. Why are we changing that?
I already went through and retagged all 1228 images following the new convention after albert decided we should use it. This was recently nullified when the archer tag was mass edited, I see, but it was all properly tagged until today.
