Wasn't Miko supposed to be (depending how you look at it) Kokoro's Mother? Or was that just fanon?
Technically. Miko, or rather, Prince Shoutoku made the 66 Masks that was given to Hata no Kawagatsu, his strategist. As Kokoro was those Masks, that means Miko was her creator and thus, technically her mother.

So -In short-, whenever Miko and Kokoro are (or are part of) the main focas of the picture, the picture in question should include the "Mother And Daughter" Tag?
Also, speaking of "Mother And Daughter", before Akyuu incarnated for the first time she was Mokou's father. Would Mokou still be her daughter or would that no longer be the case?

I'm not sure that that's the case, since there's nothing in canon to indicate that the First Children Of Miare was Mokou's father (or anyone else in the Fujiwara clan, for that matter)
And if it was the case, wouldn't pictures of Mokou with the Ninth Children Of Miare be tagged father_and_daughter instead, since the First Children was a guy?

Akyuu's name before she reincarnated for the first time was Fujiwara No Fuhito who was Mokou's father and one of Kaguya's suitors. When writing the cronicles he used his other name Hieda No Are as a pen name.
