North American F-86F-40-NA s/n 62-7528, ex-USAF s/n 55-3935. Returned to the USAF around May 1977 after finishing its service with the JASDF, and converted to a QF-86F target drone for the US Navy in March 1980. Listed as shot down by an AIM-7M Sparrow in testing and stricken off charge at NWC China Lake on 9 July 1981, although a (possibly incorrectly identified or dated?) photo purports to show it in flight on 26 February 1982.
