Jack is pretty much exclusive to the west coast of the US, but the star is known from Carl's Jr. on the west coast, and as the mascot of Hardee's everywhere else in the states.
The Noid was a Domino's Pizza mascot a hell of a long time ago (1989). He ran around making pizza cold before it was delivered (don't ask me how that worked for Domino's). "Avoid the Noid".
He was pretty popular - he even had his own regular Nintendo videogame.
The Noid was Domino's 80's "anti-mascot." He was a guy who was constantly trying to ruin pizza but couldn't mess with Domino's because of their fast delivery. The commercials all had the phrase "Avoid the Noid." He was kind of a rubbery, stretchy jackass in red.
This all came to an end in 1989 when a crazy guy named Kenneth Noid thought that the commercials telling people to "Avoid the Noid" were about *him* and held up a Domino's and kept the employees hostage for several hours. (True story. I remember seeing this on the news when I was a kid.)

Naw, Dave Thomas is Wendy's boss in her campaign. Once she beats him, she unlocks her ultra combo. Dave Thomas as a playable character would make this game too broken.

You can’t describe a character as both a Mighty Glacier and a Lightning Bruiser, it’s an oxymoron. An MG moves at a “Glacial” pace, hence why they specialise in high attack and defence. An LB specialises in strength AND speed, thus explaining the lightning prefix. A single character can’t be both, as either they’re fast and strong (LB) or slow and strong (MG).
