Somehow I have more privileges. I don't know how, since I never paid 20 for my account. I'm but a browser...any pics I save, I get from here.

you don't need any privileges to add tags, just a username. Just hit edit on top of the comments an have at it.

In all fairness, I just picked from one of a number of translations already available online. It was actually slightly trickier finding a phonetic transcription, and then locating the proper portion of each to match what's shown on the paper here.
