Seems like it's just up to the artists to make it up as they go along for now.

It's possible, but unlikely, that she exposes her midriff. I don't think ZUN can draw navels though.

Until i just found out after finishing Marisa A that she has a front side drawn her ending art.

Now that was a difficult spellcard, much more than the infamous control-reverting ones in my opinion. Not only because they come from the bottom (this is my ultimate weak point), but those freaking bullets are not even cancelled by bombs, making it even harder if you use Marisa B, since her bomb has a ridiculously short invincibility time and deals almost no damage to the boss.
