Why shouldn't I criticie his drawing style? It's awful, both in the way he mangles proportions and his complete lack of knowledge of basic human anatomy (note how the knees are located in the thighs, and that the hands make no sense).
He draws the eyes enormous in a feeble attempt to make it look cute, only to create an amateurish and honestly quite creepy effect. The real question is why you somehow thought these were good enough to be posted?

You can draw chibi characters WITHOUT flooding up their entire face with their eyes and messing up so horribly on the anatomy like this does.
