It's possible, but painful. Possibly gets less painful with practice.

Or her wrist. I just pulled it off by raising arm up, bending elbow as normal, and then turning my wrist so my palm's facing outward.

It's not that hard. _cf's right that it aches a little to do it, but it's not hard.

Needs a flexible shoulder as well. I can get my wrist in that position without any problem, but I can't bend my shoulder that high when my elbow is bent. Body, Y u no more flexible?
