But I believe it's pronounced differently. English is really the only language in which J is J (Japanese doesn't count), in most languages it's Y (It's actually just i with a palatal hook and was apparently used to distinguish Roman Numerals) and I believe it's H in Spanish. Portuguese also pronounces the J like in Japanese and English.
